1. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Fresh Dash does not currently sell or share your personal information as defined under CCPA / CPRA, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use any third-party advertising pixels. If this changes in the future, you will be able to opt out before any such sale or sharing begins.

We also automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat it as a valid opt-out without any action from you.

2. Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

We collect the following sensitive PI solely to provide our Services: account credentials, precise geolocation (only when you grant permission), and payment-method brand + last four digits. We do not use sensitive PI for any purpose beyond providing the Services.

3. Access, Correct, or Delete My Personal Information

You may exercise:

• Right to Know — what categories of PI we hold and the specific pieces about you
• Right to Correct — fix inaccurate personal information
• Right to Delete — delete your PI (subject to legal retention obligations)

We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity.

4. Opt Out of the Referral Financial Incentive

If you wish to opt out of our referral program, you may do so at any time without affecting your account, pricing, or service quality. See the Notice of Financial Incentive。

5. Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We require: (a) a written authorization signed by you naming the agent; (b) proof of the agent's identity. We may still contact you directly to verify the request.
